Momma’s Little Girl
By LaShaun Carter
This poem was written in loving memory of LaDaesha Dachedra McKinley
Momma’s little girl was here,
but now she’s gone.
Momma is here all alone.
No on to love or care for,
as much as I did.
Momma’s whole life has disappeared.
Now all I can say is,
I’m here today,
Saying I’m sorry
You didn’t live to see this day.

Love,
Mommy and Daddy
