Information will be presented on flower suitable for planting in cemeteries, care of those plants, protecting your cemetery plantings, developing a memorial garden, as well as the meanings behind flowers and other plants. “The public is invited to this event. Those wishing to attend this event are asked to preregister so that we have enough supplies on hand.” said Sundwall. “We would also like to invite area residents to come and share pictures, etc. of their memorial plantings and gardens. It a nice way for others to get ideas on how to start or expand their garden.” To register for this free presentation or if you would like to setup a picture display, please call Diana at the IRIS office 334-4748 or visit www.irisRemembers.com by May 10. |
