In memory of Danielle Renee

Your laughter fills our hearts
though we’ve never heard your voice.
You’ve brought joy to our lives
without the tiniest smile.
You’ve given us hope for the future
even though you won’t live in it.

Your life was not long
but it was full
of praise and glory to God.

He gave you to us
just long enough
to open our hearts
so His joy could return.

You were small, delicate, and frail
but your impact reaches to Heaven itself
where angels sing thunderous praise.

Play there now
in our Savior’s arms;
make Him and us smile,
our little girl.
