Holiday Service of Remembrance

If you would like to have your child remembered during the serve of remembrance please complete the paperwork in the Newsletter. 

Names are NOT held over from year to year.  You must submit the paper work ever year. 

If you have missed the registration deadline it is not too late, your child can still be remembered at the 24th Annual IRIS Holiday Service of Remembrance on December 3rd. Please come early to add your childs name to the list of children being remembered.
